Due to their nature, digital and customized items are non-refundable under all circumstances.

If your physical workbook arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us with photo evidence within 48 hours of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be promptly returned via USPS, and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Refunds will be processed upon receipt of the returned item in its original condition and credited to your original payment method.
Shipping & Processing Policies
Lydie Jo & Co is not liable for packages once they have been transferred to the postal service. By placing an order, you agree to our terms and conditions, acknowledging that Lydie Jo & Co is not responsible for shipping or delivery delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to inclement weather, acts of God, etc.
Once your order is successfully submitted, we will work hard to get your order processed and packed so it can be on its way within 5-8 business days. Standard shipping is sent through USPS.
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
The day the order is shipped doesn't count towards the shipping business days.
